'Telephone Test' .......excellent idea. I read that you people have waited for 30 mins and was shocked then I went on to read to see the record breaking '4 hours' of hold time and almost fainted. Sounds ridiculous but. 4 hours impossible. Honestly I don't have the patince for more than 2- 3 mins. Too less? yeah maybe. Last time I had a problem I used Twitter and they go back to me in barely a few hours, asked me the problem, fixed the problem, called back to tell me that it was fixed. :O... Imagine that..!! great customer service that was. Decided never to use for the phone for this stuff again.

Pros and cons of everything I guess. Personally I never felt that IM was an intrusion. Here, we just use Gtalk for IM and Google drive for document sharing. Using IM is better than screaming across the room every now and then. It is honestly and indispensable part of work.Unless of course your job is based only on one individual work, which is very rare. But getting dragged into a meeting before you know it is just too much.

Pinterest is a good platform for most B2C like maybe travel agencies or so, but I don't see how it could work for a B2B. Also I don't really understand the use of pinterest for marketing.

Ok....It is more like anti- social media people here. No way of marketing is perfect. It is the combination of every marketing strategy that will give you an edge over the others. And social media is definitely a major part of this. Many people are using the internet for businesses. I ave sen many cases where social media has generated a significant number of leads. Also, it gives proper facts and figures i.e. it will tell you how much you have earned out of a particular campaign.

No.....business analytics. And there is definitely a market for it as these days many people are coming up to start their own business. But, the thing is this field requires a lot of experience and not only book knowledge.
