The final decline of Virgin Megastores 18th January 2013 10:45 AM
Looks like these online stores are practically taking over every industry. Be it music or grocery. Everything is cheaper and more convenient on the internet. Bout honestly, personally I prefer to buy my stuff from real stores. Unless they're not available, then I look for them online. Otherwise be it shopping anything I still go for the stores.
Commercial Leases 18th January 2013 10:17 AM
Wow that happens all the time these days. Its just cunning and cruel. Bad world. Anyways why do you 'have to' go to a solicitor.? I mean one can just go through the agreement once right? That should be enough.
Of course Bing is doing it for its own benefit. Why would they be 'concerned' about the search results Google is giving. Google is definitely the leading search engine by a huge margin. Yahoo is second and Bing is next.
I think giving discounts is the best promotion you can do. But if you're talking in terms of products then stationary like key chains, pens etc are good. You could also use mugs, t-shirts, mouse pads, bags etc etc. Or something similar to your product. You know a miniature of your product. That would be great.

Improper accounting
No risk analytics in place
Untested business model
Groupon model - is it flawed? 4th January 2013 11:56 AM
It is actually a very strange business model. Your wondering how they made a loss but someone tell me how they make profit?
