I'm seeing similar on mine. I was never too worried about app testing in Safari because of a low market share, but now I'm seeing the analytics stats back, it's yet more work to do!
Makes me wonder if people will start installing Chrome for iPhone.
Don't think I'd want to pay for it at the moment as using Adwords, but I'll report back once Bill sends me the voucher!
just checked out that Bing Ad homepage. I almost thought I was looking at the golden mile at Blackpool! Suppose you have to give credit for it looking good.
I've just signed up and the Bing Ads control panel looks very familar and furthermore you can import your Google Ads campaigns!
I was paying for the BlackBerry services for one of mine, bit of a waste of money just for browsing the internet and BBM when other mobiles give you similar functionality for free with the likes of WhatsApp etc. It was quite bad when RIM had that major outage and internet was down for the best part of a week.
I like my Windows mobile Lumia. I mean the only apps you ever need are Flashlight and PocketWhip!
That's interesting as different phones seem more popular in different places. My wife reckons BlackBerry are the most popular in the school where she teaches as all the kids love BBM!
What you think of the Nokia/MS partnership? I think iPhones are great, but you can get a phone with equivalent features for far less of a cost.
I do miss the BlackBerry keyboard, but personally think that RIM has fallen too far behind. It was interesting as large organisations tried to resist iPhones at first because of security concerns for corporate use. But when the chief exec wants one, there is little you can do!
The majority of mobile processors are ARM. It's interesting that these RISC processors were designed for the Acorn Archimedes which was a british computer that had some success in the educational market.
The ARM CPUs had low power and heat which made them ideal for mobiles. ARM's marketshare is massive so Intel will have a hard job cracking it.
I suspect that either MS or Google might try to buy it in the future, similar to what MS did with Skype and it will eventually get combined into Google or Bing search with either Hotmail or Gmail.
However, Zuckerberg isn't near retirement age so I suspect he probably won't want to sell just yet!
