In London the only reason people can not make a living is because they are lazy, this is why all migrants generally come here first, they don't jump on the first plane and head for Bristol International Airport it's always an airport close to London. In London you can find a job handing out leaflets, car washing, waiting, in fact you can find a job doing almost anything.
