Hey I went through the posts regarding Mailing lists and Leads online. I tried some sites who charged heavily. They have

added lot of hidden costs. Can anyone suggest me a good site, where I can buy bulk Mailing lists and Leads at a lesser cost with good

quality?

Hi James, welcome to the forum

Afraid quality leads and cheap won't appear in the same sentence. Even the more expensive ones that will deliver "new businesses", will have been reused countless times.

When we started out, we used a company called selectabase.co.uk and bought their startup business info. We got some good leads and sales from it, so was fairly cost effective then, but not used them for a long time.

Assume you have seen our cold calling thread

Hi James

As Steve says.....you don't get quality and cheap in data marketing!

I worked in the data marketing industry for 10 years before being made redundant early this year and my advice to you is don't buy a list! The conversion you will get will be rubbish because these peoples names are sold on time after time after time and have no interest in your product or service.

If you want to do a DM or email campaign rent a list from a reputable data company. Check out the supplier list on the DMA . If you make a list of say 10 and come back to me I will tell you if they truly are any good or not. Some use pretty unscrupulous methods to gain the data and you don't want to use it.....trust me!

If you want to build up your own "opt-in" and permission based list, look at lead generation. This really can be very cost affective way of building a data list if done correctly. Again look on the DMA for a good company.

hope that helps

Yes, why not? Have you ever tried GoLeads.Com. I am one such customer who have benefited largely from them. They are in the market for more than 8 years and doing their job to our satisfaction. Highlight is that you can view unlimited leads at no
cost.

Not convinced, looks like yet another mailing list provider rechurning the same old data.

They advertise 15 million businesses, and I wonder how many times these have been hit, and how many are the usual info/sales/enquires addresses.

But googles your friend, so do your own research before committing to any spend

Well, you are exactly in the same state of mind as me about a month ago. After I tried these guys. I got much better sales. I even tried the sales genie, But ROI is low. even tho the number of returns rate is same from them, lead price is heavy and no support after purchase. After I went thru all these, I found out goleads.com Mailing list,Sales Leads is perfect for business.

I spend $1000 per month for sales leads purchase, now same sales leads, same quality , but only $80 a month.

More over a guy from goleads really helped me how to track my conversation rates with their relay system with no cost.

I recommended the same to my nephew, who started a new travel business. He also agreed with me. Just try goleads mailing list program for a month.

I have had direct experience of cheap data and expensive data. The others are right. The cheap data is "cheap". It is often rubbish and false economy. However, expensive does not mean good as well. Go to a reputable source. I go direct to a major source. We are small fish to them, and we pay top dollar. But I have had more potentials from that then the million London b2b contacts I bought through a website.

Hi.

I should be able to help you out if it is still something you are looking at.

We are a data broker and use a number list owners to source our data. As we are brokers, we know who to use depending on their requirements e.g. if a company has a low budget and wants to mass mail then we use a certain supplier, if they have a higher budget and require 'quality' data then we use another source.

Some of our suppliers are major players in the data industry and we have reseller rates with these guys so when we compare what we sell their data at compared to what they actually sell it at, there is a massive difference.

If we can be of any assistance, I'd be happy to help.
