Hi All

Be wary of any emails that are reminding you to update your "Adobe" software.

I had one today from "Adobe--Update.com urging me to follow the links. It was probaly the first time I'd got an email from Adobe that wasn't carrying any logo.

Did a bit of digging atound and it seems to originate from a .ru doman.

The email was duly forwarded on to Adobe piracy.

My Adobe updates come from the software already installed, so not via an email, so I get automatic update alerts and can choose to update there and then.

hdm, thanks for your thanks.

Tomsk, have a look at this link, Adobe PDF ranked as the main malware threat for the past three months - SC Magazine UK

and I will try out your pdf software in the near future. Getting very preoccupied with the reslts of a big C scan at the moment.
