What is Google & Alexa Page Rank? Why Google Give the Page Rank? Use of Google Page Rank? Please Give Me Good Suggestions. I am Waiting for Good Reply.

Google's Page rank is created by google to estimate the quality of the websites. It is used by google and it mostly counts the quantity and quality of your backlinks.

Alexa Rank is used by yahoo (I think) and it mostly counts the traffic of your web site.

Oh Purlease! This poster has links in the sig for listing services which evens mentions pagerank on the page in the left side box. Dont fall for this rubbish.
