My only advice is - keep it FREE with these guys

They pestered and pestered me to go paid advert

DONT its a complete rip off !!!!

Keep to others that are FREE and work harder, such as here and Freeindex

There are major changes taking place in the way Google is dealing with Places/Maps.
I am sure the emphasis on a number of these parameters will be modified over the forthcoming months.
