Best way to get used to adwords is to get stuck in and start using it. Set a budget of $10 a day and experiment. Think of it as a training course. Every click, non click, page impression or conversion is all powerful keyword marketing intelligence.

Or pay a $250 - $500 management fee per month and get a so called expert to manage your campaign

A lot of PPC companies like to put the frighteners on, but a bit of trial and error, a few articles like the one above and you will be generating conversions in no time for very little outlay or budget.
