I am looking for some advice or recommendation on a software. I am look for something that will help us calculate how much time we spend on each client. I also want to know how much of that time is billable and how much is under the contract. Any recommendations or advice is welcome. Ryan
I would use something like webhelpdesk.com You can enter each job that you do as a 'ticket' and add in the hours it tasks to complete each task. It's a good way to do what you want it to do as well as ensuring that you record all the different pieces of information about the job. Hope this helps. wicketts |
