I've never been a great fan of marmite though I can tolerate a small amount on toast - and it is meant to be good for you.... today I was given a freebie at a train station - a marmite cereal bar. I like cereal bars... and so I took a bite... and I was very nearly sick  and nothing normally ever has that effect on me.so... unless you like a very strong marmite taste in your mouth... I'd recommend being a bit careful if someone offers you a marmite cereal bar freebie amphis

Hate it. I mean I understand the compulsion to never turn down a freebie, but if they'd given you a free bar of soap you wouldn't have put that in your mouth, why do it with Marmite? VirtuallyMary
