Some are shut some are not. My husband is still going to work every day and my business is still bsuy. It very much depends on the industry and the rules in your country now. In the UK the government are paying employees 80% of their wage if they cam't work due to the virus/lockdown.

However, seeing what has happened in Italy and the now official pandemic declaration it is something we need to take seriously. Many countries are already in lockdown so it is now inevitable that the UK will need to do this at some point. Can you run your business from home? I'm lucky that I can and it's really all online. I don't think I would be getting 4-5 leads a day from social media if I was only on there 30 mins!! That's not long enough for me.
