I think you should be well disciplined and self-motivated to run business at home. There are a lot of distracting things there and you have to separate time spent with the family and time when you are working.
Sometimes it is hard as your family members do not understand that. You need to explain them that you should not be bothered while working.
I used to start at 9 am when had the office work. It was ok as I had enough time to get ready, check my emails and have the light brekafast.
Now the situation is even better. I work from home online and I can do work even at night. So, I alllow myself to sleep a little bit longer and stay in bed till 8 or 9 am even )) then just work several hours around noon and the rest -in the late evening.
I`m comfortable with it.

When the complain is objective, social media can play an important role and a person who is not satisfied how he/she was served acts in the right way in that case.
I would also use all the ways to make a bad reputation to a company/firm if they didn`t react to my complain at all.
From another side, there are different kinds of people and some of them just are looking what they complain for all the time just to have discounts or service for free. So, sometimes, such people do not behave well spreading such unfair gossips within media.
