I suppose, I liked Raven because you could add each like you have created, ands over time it creates a databse of the links that you created. A bit like Excel spreadsheet but a lot better. I don't use Raven or any other anymore. I just find them all very expensive.

I have not found any good "free" ones. All the good ones are very expensive. I found SEOMoz and Raven SEO Tools very good. I preferred Raven SEO Tools, for my own reasons.
Daniel, what's the business? Give us a bit more info.

Various, my business is predominantly on IT support and tech repair etc. I also have traffic generating and advertising sites. And I am about to start venture in food and SAAS. So in short, I have wide ranging interests. I run small businesses. And I enjoy what I do.

I have not heard of them.
Although I only use Go Daddy for SSL's, I have found their customer service exceptional, and I have always told people how impressed I have been with their customer service. So I would happily recommend Go Daddy.
This is a forever changing game, expect Google to change it into something else very soon.
Being realistic, we are all looking for links. Even though some people may make it look relevant, most are trying to get links. Necessary evil of modern internet life (in my opinion).

I think, one of the major points/benefits of blogs was about discussion. If you don't allow people to comment, then in my opinion, it loses one of it's main features/benefits.
There will always be a need for an "office", as people crave human interaction. The demand and the need may be lower, but it will still exist.
