Get out, go for a walk, have egg and chips at your nearest cafe. Plan your new career working for yourself and being a free person. ” I used to be like that. My colleagues always even wondering if I was still taking my break or not. Also, you wont make me stand unless im done with my task. But it was too long ago. LOL. Im now in a new company, and the environment downstairs are breezy enough that it's been a habit having short walks after taking lunch.
