I also think that psychometric testing, can be very helpful for both employees and employers, however only in case it has been properly prepared.
I have read in the news that the plans for psychometric tests for job seekers are considered pointless.

So, the question is, if you were employer/employee what will be your approach to such a test. Do you think it can be useful for both sides or just a waste of resources?

Some harsh times about many businesses might be already over. Do you feel it? Do you have higher profits or more clients, when compared to the same time last year for example?

Some things are just banal - pens, lighters, etc.
If you come up with an ide, which is directly related to your business, and make a branded promotional product - then the conversion is much higher. I have seen a cell phone repair company, providing a small telephone accessory, which cleans your touch pad. I liked the idea.
