Hi there folks a very nice person gave me a not so very nice heads up earlier regarding my websites terms and conditions I've looked into this and contacted my host to to ask questions I found that ts and cs and not a legal requirement in some instances neither is privacy policy if the website isn't taking email address or anything to do with money.

Please could I ask for any advice on this as I wish to safe guard my website I don't sell and the pieces shown are my own which I don't mind others using IE my images or written content.Ive had no warnings etc since starting the website but glad the question was bought up thank you

I know if you are selling items you do need T & C's and it helps tons if you show off your address and telephone number + email option ,so am really at a loss with yours as as you say you are not taking money. But hopefully someone will point you in the right direction

If you aren't taking payment, sending goods or offering a service such as download my app, or collecting any visitor details, then there aren't any t&c's to abide by.

But if you monetize your site using google adsense or similar, then you are supposed to have a cookie policy, as third parties will collect information by leaving a cookie when a visitor lands on your site. Some sites include this into the privacy policy.

If your site is just informational and you dont monetize it, then I wouldn't worry about it. The rules are aimed at commercial and ecommerce sites.
