Poor old Googles been getting some bad press with its streetview service. I think its a great idea and personally think too much flapping has been going on, but then saw this today, and you do have to wonder what were they thinking!

Collecting info from unsecured wi-fi's

BBC News - Google accused of criminal intent over StreetView data

So if you've just bought your new shiny router, and have no idea how to lock it down, then read the instructions or ask someone!!

From my house I can pick up 3 unsecured networks, and from the office theres 1 that comes and goes. Homeusers I can forgive, not exactly going to have that much exciting info on the average family PC, but unsecured business systems is unforgivable.

Check yours now, and lock it down

These days the process to set them up locks them down. I was about to say that around me they always seem to be locked down but just checked and there are a couple that aren't! Ah well...

Check yours now, and lock it down

I'm beginning to think mine locked access to website too
really dead at the minute... its a worry !
