What is Google Organic.................

Hi Rebecca, very simplistically .... organic listings (Google or any other) are those that appear in the search result list beneath the sponsored links. They get there through their own merits. The sponsored links pay to get there irrespective of their ranking, good or bad.

I personally don't even look at the sponsored lists. It's a personal thing, some people would disagree but I always go straight to the organic listings. I feel I get a better chance of selecting somebody who has earned the right to their position and not bought it.

With the volume of very basic questions you have asked, I would seriously recommend you engage an SEO professional to help you out. You can do a lot yourself, but you need a good fundamental understanding of the basics.

And the line of business your in you should really be paying for SEO help.

Google (organic) means u got visits from Google organic search results.

Google (referral) means u got visits from Google sources (other than organic search, gmail or adwords) like Google base listing, or visits from posts on Google groups.

Here are two cheap books that will help you understand the basics. Anyone involved with websites should know about the basics of SEO whether you do it yourself or employ professionals (so they can't rip you off!)
