I've been meaning to produce a list similar to this, errrr for a long while. Great to have at hand, memory isn't what it used to be.

Big thanks.

Google Plus one might become a very good one

It's a good resource, but it's missing a big one, as far as I'm concerned. Sending out press releases is free and easy, and can sometimes get you great coverage (if your "news" really is newsworthy, that is).

And it's something you can do yourself - if you don't know how, there's always a marketing consultant who can tell you how!

Actually, I think I might write my own as a blog post, without referencing this one, and see if I can get to 100.

Press releases is a good one. I think the 100 is a bit thin in places, could prob stream line to 50

I managed 23, but it's a bit out of date so could do with an update!

I clicked, but I don't want to read yet! I don't want to be influenced! I'm going to sit down and think it through and see how many - properly useful - ones I can come up with, and then write a blog post about it.

Well, I managed it. In fact, I went up to 101 just to prove that I could!

Hopefully I don't have any tenuous marketing tactics. I did separate out Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google+ from other social media and put more than one tip in for each, because I think they are great platforms for business marketing and there is more than one thing you can do on them. I'd be pleased to have any feedback from the forum members, either here or on the blog itself.

Here's the link to the blog post:

Pretty good, have added a link in my free marketing crash course post:

An interesting future post would be categorising them by perceived order of importance, although a tall order, as you would need a big enough control set of data to stop it being anecdotal.

Be a fascinating read though
