They are basically dispelling the myth that "SEO Is A Scam". You will see countless posts on various forums and resources that like to shout out that SEO is a scam. Obviously it's not. That doesn't mean that there aren't dodgy SEO firms out there, but sites do need some form of basic optimisation if they are going to show up on search engines.
