Someone tried breaking in to my house a couple of weeks back - didnt get in - long story short - was really impressed with the rapid response i got at 3am & the follow up CID interview at 9am the same day - didnt get much sleep though  During the course of my interview/chat the CID lady let slip that there was one of those notorious "Police" magazines that they were actually sponsoring - turns out it started off as a legitimate magazine but then they got greedy & bored of printing & distributing it so they stopped, didnt tell anyone they had given up & carried on taking subscriptions for some several months before they got caught out - a very red faced Metropolitan Borough Police Force!
