Interesting to see big G making big publicity by concentrating on search, ie speed and quality, removing the spotlight from some of their side projects. With no major rival, makes optimising and marketing alot easier 
I think that no one beats The G here; but it;s nice to hear some competition, and doubted if the competitors can at least gain a mileage.
