(sigh), another law suit apple is involved in. I can understand that they are upset, I mean the two devices are similar, but seriously, why the tablet and not some of their smartphones? There is one or two I can think of that look similar to my iPhone4. Thanks, Dreamraven
Hello, Copying a design and infringing a patent are two totally different things. Lots of companies manufacture PC's but they all look the same!!! Who owns the patent? I'm sure you guys have heard about the recent cross patent lawsuits currently going on with Apple and Samsung. Interesting as they provide some parts to Apple. Think Apple has been told to change the statement on the press release that they placed on their website. Just hope that there will be less patent court cases as it sometimes that they is more time, money and effort spent on going to court than the trying to advancing the technology. Accounting Help

From the Galaxy products I've seen on TV, there are some striking resemblances in bot the phones and tablets. That being said though, there are a lot of other phones that look similar, look at the Xperia for instance, Apple hasn't gone after them yet. I guess it will all depend on Steve's successor in the end, as to what happens from here. Thanks, Dreamraven |
