How to get clients for my service?

You're trying to attract business in what's a heavily competitive field. Like most people, I daresay, every time I look at my emails there'll be a number of them offering services similar to yours.

Maybe the way to attract business is to do things differently? To become the person the business community trusts to do online marketing work for it? Sadly, attracting business this way takes much more time than doing it "electronically" - however, if the electronic route doesn't work for you maybe you'll have to try it.

Could you try offering your services as a specialist online marketing advisor to business associations such as Chambers of Commerce? Doing sessions for "A" Level and BTEC Business Studies students (NB you'll probably need a Criminal Records Bureau check to do such work in schools)?

What techniques are you trying? Are you just sending out the same old cold sales emails as Linda says, we all get in our inbox everyday

Why would I trust a complete stranger? Why are you different? Why should I use you? What makes you stand out?

Are you saying not being in the US is positive or negative?

Being based in the same location is a major selling point for service providers especially for marketing services.

If you not based in the same location then you need to offer a distinct advantage to people working with you.

Business in general at the moment is even more competitive than ever, the economic climate means that people are trying to maximise on efficiency and winning business so you just need to make sure you stand out from the crowd.

Specifically if your just sending emails touting for business you may be hard pressed to find success. Its preferable to ring people and close deals that way, or even better arrange appointments to sit down with people.

The service package and the cost of service also affects or influence customers behavior towards having this service or not. First analyze service package and then focus on customers at every place whether for US or other one.

Give us a bit more info on your service first. I assume by your online name that it's "online marketing", if sp use online marketing tools successfully. This will demonstrate to your customers that you know what you are talking about anf if you can get business for yourself by online marketing, then you should be able to do the same for them. Does that make sense!

At First spread out service at different-different sites or make aware customers about the service and it's features and other functions. Compare your service with others and try to make it best and cheaper.
