Finally, now I'm a happy man. I've spotted a typo  Huzzah, although to be fair its about 546 versus 1, so I've got a long long way to go to catch up...

Sorry Rebecca, couldn't resist

Sigh...to be fair I was sat in a car with the sun beaming in while my daughter napped in the back..excuses, excuses... My job is to spot other people's mistakes, sadly I am not perfect! ( I am pretty close though...).

Yep agree completely, and I gave them exposure on Twitter, Facebook and Google+. Looking at their twitter feed, it looks like plenty of others did the same, so a good marketing campaign.

Shall have to ask and see if they fancy sharing their findings with us, would be interesting reading!

This is a good point Steve, we currently give a bouquet of flowers to every first time clean and find that not only does it increase our regular clean uptake, it also get's people talking about us on social media.

This Nimbus Hosting chocolate bar has given me an idea to do something a bit different though...

I'm thinking we might start sending a couple of posh tea bags and some biscuits to first time customers with a sort of "have a drink on us" theme, maybe playing on the whole relax and put your feet up in your freshly cleaned home angle?

I think things like this are what make you stand out from the crowd and give you a bit more of a funky brand identity that people can relate to.

Thanks,
Indigo Clean - Luke

Do cake, that would win me over in a second! Maybe team up with a local cake seller and it can promote them too. X

Superb idea Luke. If you do try it, be very interested to hear how you got on, and whether you think it was worth it ROI wise.

Keep meaning to chase up Nimbus, shall have to drop their boss man a line and see if we can get some stats they would like to share.
