The £50 note with the picture of Sir John Houblon on is being withdrawn on Wednesday, but some Post Offices and Banks will still accept them until October. Being divorced and father of 2 teenagers, can't recall the last time i saw a £20 note let alone a £50 ..... Clive

Being the poorest plumber in London, can't say I've got any either. Come to that I haven't even got a fiver on me, just a bit of change for the parking meter. I will not feel offended if anyone wants to set up a 'just giving' page on my behalf..... Thanks, Barney
