I'm afraid I don't ever have this problem as I don't tip anyone.... even more so postmen due to the junk mail they continuesly deliver....

Well its certainly going to be fun for the next few years.... Trump will probably be the most protected president ever.... I just see people taking pot shots at him at every opportunity they get.. Still we have the Italian referendum coming up shortly, so that will divert attention back to the United or rather Un-united states of Europe..... 

I'd go one step further... microchip everyone... My cats have never had any issues by having one....

The first solicitor I had didn't want to take on the manufactures, so pulled out after a month. I then got in touch with solicitors who do a lot of work for union related stuff, although I've never been in a union they took the case, although I had to do all the detective work and prove that it had happened previously, thankfully an exact same incident had been logged with the HSE.... was never after compensation, just an apology and an explanation would have been enough but they tried to put the blame on me, which didn't help at all... so now I'm going all out to get fair treatment..... besides I've now lost my good looks permanently 

I wouldn't say I lost my main income, as all the other customers combined are worth more, but individually the estate agent was a customer worth keeping....

And what should I claim for? So the boiler manufacturer admits full liability for the damage it caused me last year. Technically the physical damage / injury's would probably be classed as being on par with a serious whiplash accident.... I had about 3 months out of work in total, my main client who I had worked for for several years where the incident happened pulled the plug, They alone were worth between £100k - £200k per year..... which has all gone... Then there were individual clients who all went elsewhere.... And although I still have all my gas safety documents to work with, I no longer do so through total lack of confidence or be anywhere near it... I'm not even sure whether I will renew my registration with Gas Safe next year.... So it has certainly been a costly experience.... But where is the line drawn in regards to damages? This went far more beyond what a rear end shunt in a car does.....

I suppose as you get older you begin to see what the real meaning of Christmas actually is...... greed, debt, gluttony, drunkenness..... with the odd Christmas carol chucked in for good measure as this allows us to believe we're still practicing Christians albeit twice a year....Don't believe me, then take a look on Rightmove and see how many churches and chapels are up for sale with planning permission to convert into housing..... It's not as though we even have the New Year sales to look forward to anymore as the High Street seems to be having a permanent sale....  

I've yet to fathom out what the hygiene risks are with a dog, I wouldn't have thought they were anymore a health risk than what they are indoors at home.... what exactly are you expecting to catch? They even use dogs in oap homes, disabled homes, hospitals.... not sure whether they put them in a sheep dip first but use them they do....

I'm still a milky bar fan myself....I avoid them like the plague, otherwise I'll spend the entire evening trying to cram as many down as I possibly can..... If I want to lose weight... I'll get some Wham bars as they tend to lock your jaws together...
