When you get these phone calls always ask the officious jobsworths to put their demands/requests in writing and say that you will respond in due course.

Never panic and always question everything. Do your research and see where you stand in law. Play the system to your advantage.

Use different types of advertising and compare the response.

Newspaper advertisements and directories such as Yell are more likely to get a short term response. Setting up websites / Facebook / Twitter etc will take longer but are a better investment.

What this person failed to do is to understand that the preparation and planning of the crime will always reduce the risk and maximise the benefits.

I hope that we get national 4G mobile coverage very soon as it is available (but not in the UK!) AND keep up to date with advances in technology. Fast mobile broadband is the future as it will give us more independence and no more reliance on the fixed line and BT.

Personal Internet Security will be an ongoing issue and needs to be addressed. My main concern is government censorship and wanting to know what we are doing.

1. Target your local area and small/medium sized businesses. Approach these businesses as the local man/woman who wants to help them market their website better.

2. Target a niche market in a larger area (retail, accountants, hotels etc). Approach them as the specialist in their business who wants to help them to market their website better.

What type of business are you in and where are your customers? Start with Linkedin (professional), Facebook and Twitter and make sure they are linked together (no pun intended).

Do not mix social with business because you will lose credibility.

Unemployed people on welfare benefits should be made to work for their benefits. Community projects starting with the disgusting rubbish and mess humans leave in the countryside and urban areas.

People unemployed for over 12 months and in receipt of welfare benefits should be made to wear orange jump suits and chain ganged when they do the work. The embarrassment and disgrace should focus their minds and improve their attitude.

If they refuse to work then they get no benefits. People are responsible for themselves and their families. The government is not responsible.

There is plenty of work available if these useless people get off their backsides and show some initiative and get up and go. Why don't they go freelance and self employed?

I believe that he will definitely target Apple and itunes because he has seen how successful it has become.

I also believe that he will move into social media and take on Facebook/Twitter/Google+.
