Couriers what a waste of time
Half the time these big companies are using the cheapest courier and sub contractors they can get hold of. Doing this gives customers like your selves a really bad image of the courier service industry. Box shifting is almost guaranteed un satisfaction but we know that most of the time the couriers your suppliers use you can not control. If you ever get the choose use a local courier company and remember you get what you pay for in life. If you are paying pennies then expect a crap service.
Quite correct! It is all about the quality of the service not the price. Also if it is an overnight service it is a like a private version of post office. We see damaged parcels all the time from these sort of delivery channels |
