Think its good if you want to build some awareness and provide updates. Also for providing links to your site to help with SEO for your site. I would not consider facebook business pages as a good source to garner most of your business from though.

facebook account can help you to advertise your business,
coz it also consider as search engines.

You could possible exchange 'likes'. Saying that you will 'like' someone's page if they 'like' yours back
