As for the losers, I'm happy they're losing. Having had a quick look at the list, I was always frustrated with many of those on the list appearing in the search results because 99% of the time they served no purpose for me.

Hits have been slightly down over the last week but shot up yesterday, so really erratic! Today's so far look back to normal.

This initially hit my website pretty hard, but after a week or two Google actually realised my website wasn't spammy and ranked us fairly strongly again. Nice to see some serps have been cleaned up though!

They most definitely have cleaned up for our trophy phrases, although it seems a lot of people in our sector have used quite grey/black hat tricks to get strong rankings...
