lol maybe I am just too much of a trekie, but it almost makes sense. If we have the technology to build something like that (OK it doesn't need to look like the USS Enterprise), but think of the questions it could answer, besides being able to sustain life. We have some of the most brilliant minds around us. Maybe this can be a reality at some point. Thanks, Dreamraven
“lol maybe I am just too much of a trekie, but it almost makes sense...” NASA nearly bankrupted itself developing and maintaining the shuttle. Imagine the cost for something the size of the Enterprise! Plus we would just end up shooting every alien we ever met  Why not wait for the Klingons to find us first, do a deal, then rent one of their spaceships. Be much cheaper. Like a Space Hertz, or Galactic Avis 
lol True, Why can't we just meet the Vulcan's first though. It might end up being a better deal after all. Plus Vulcans speak English, no translators needed. Thanks, Dreamraven
