When Google changed it's review structure earlier this year, it frustratingly dropped the age old 5 stars system.
Google used to let you show any review site stars under your home page in the search results, then dropped these in favour of only displaying Google Places reviews. Then they dropped the 5 star system in favour of a new "zagat" scoring system.
Anyone that has looked at their reviews on Google Places/Local may be stumped with the review system. It now seems even Google has admitted that the new review scoring system is confusing, and have now simplified the review system.
Maybe they will see the light and go back to the good old 5 stars that everyone understands!
