Yep, their shares have dipped by 3.1% already. The financial times spoke of a reply that the car maker made to the SFO about dodgy dealings in China and Indonesia.

Rolls-Royce has agreed to pass on the results of an internal review to the Serious Fraud Office following allegations of bribery and corruption at the engine maker

Really? Never thought I would see the day. Their cars are so darned expensive, why would they need to resort to these tactics?

Ah ha. see this will really confuse you. It's not Rolls Royce Cars, But Rolls Royce plc.

RR Cars is owned by BMW, but I believe licenses the name and TM from RR PLC, who flogged the car division ages ago, but both Aero engines and cars have the same iconic logo.

Must admit I thought RR cars was owned by VW, but Wikipedia to the rescue, and if you read it, it gets even more complicated!
