A new study suggests that Britons now spend more time on media devices than they do sleeping.

They suggest that we spend around 8 hours, 41 minutes on a tech device and 8 hours 21 minutes sleeping.

It went on to state that, of the average teenager only 3% use a telephone, (landline) and only 8% send email.

Embarrassingly a 6 year old allegedly has the same understanding of technology as an average 45 year old!

Did make me smile though that they can come up with the figures from such a small demographic of just 2800 participants.

8 hours 21 minutes sleeping? How many people honestly sleep more than 8 hours? (other than kids)
