Backlink watch dot com is a good one to check the backlinks as it shows the backlinks with pr, anchor text and nofollow. There are many other tools also but I like backlink watch.
I use Site Explorer to check domain and page authority and linking root domains, Anchor text. Its a good tool and it is free. It is a Firefox plugin You can buy it. I hope this is useful to anyone and I take no credit for it. Cheers Martyn OutoftheBoxcreative

Search has merged Site Explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools: Yahoo! Site Explorer” Or do you mean Open Site Explorer? Which is a cracking tool

You can check back links in websites with the help of software like ahrefs.com and backlinkwatch.com also. These two are the best sites for checking back links. These sites also check whether back links are do follow or not. RafaelJames |
