Bless you, Steve. Thank you for the link yesterday.

Indeed, there have been far too many misused QR codes, especially those linking to a non-mobile page. They are a great addition to marketing, but only if used properly, and there are plenty of user guides around.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. I've started using Twitter every day for my business, it's quite addictive

Thank you all for following up on this thread.

With the speedy pace of life we lead these days, including a QR code on a direct mail piece is ideal for busy folk on the go, to read at a time that suits them.

We are not always near a PC, but usually carry our phone, and a quick click on the code gives an instant link to the relevant page of a site, wherever we may be.

Thank you for this most informative post, Steve.

We have the Plus One code set up on our site, but I wondered why the display result changes every time I visit. I have been meaning to check it out, but like many other things, I hadn't got round to it. With all the services on offer, is there anyone that can provide "more hours in your day"?
Can you help me choose a SatNav??????? 21st September 2011 3:45 PM
.... maybe I will let them loose on my new blackberry!! LOL

Yes, I'm still trying to get to grips with my smartphone. I would like an app that tells me where it is warmest and sunniest within a 60 mile radius of my house, and says "This is where you should go on Saturday".

I suppose the only remaining question is where is the best place to buy one - i too am looking for a new sat nav as I think my old one has done is time and is up for retirement... anyone recommend any companies who sell them?

It appears Halfords have a sat nav sale on. Are any of these any good?
