Social Toolbar with Announcements

Can anyone recommend a social toolbar that can be customised to have different announcements or promotions on different pages. Please suggest something other than Wibya and something that works well with Word Press. Thank you.

Hi Steve, no Wibya is firstly expensive, and secondly it's not doing what I need it to do. I also tried the free one.
