What about starting a section outing bad customer service?

Today I take my car to be looked at for an exhaust problem to KwikFit, the guy tells me what is wrong and then drives of the ramp whilst the ramp is not fully down and damages the underneath of my car.

So now its down to me to contact head office, no form in the shop etc - I contact them and they say area manager will be in-touch, I assumed today as they have smashed my car up, nope phone back he has up to 3 days to phone me back, could the girl on the phone care any less.

KwikFit customer service you suck!

It's never good when this sort of thing happens to you...

Reminds me of this thread - with an opposite approach, recommending good ones...

We could start doing a type of thread looking for the generosity of the 'My local' businesses for local charity or funraising campains..

A bit like 'The Big Build' Nick Knowles

Raise the Roof our school is in need of some generous people to help with the Hydrotherapy centre -

Had a problem recently with my Renault Laguna - had terrible service from Renault UK - i was even called a liar by a manger at Renault Birmingham - eventually i sold the car but carried on with my complaint - the moment they knew the car was gone they closed the complaint - oh ive not even started to vent how peeved i am ...... nor have they heard the last of it !

I will never buy another Renault car !

My father had a problem in 1986 with a new Ford Sierra, he vowed then never to buy another one - he bought around 10 new cars from various dealers up to the day he died, despite me trying to persuade him to look at the Mondeo, not one was from Ford. Fully intend to follow his example with Renault.

Until now you might not have known a useful use for the voice recorder on your mobile phone.

I agree, the best car I ever had (pre baby seats etc) was my ford mondeo.

For anyone in the UK, we'd end up with too many posts Plus it would be a slander fest! I get enough threatening letters as it is

But there's always the Rants Forum to let off some steam, which sounds like you have had your fair share!

Go for it, be interesting to see what if any response you get. Are businesses still feeling generous, or has everyone battened down the hatches as the doom and gloom rolls on...

What a cracking idea, though not sure how you stand legally, are you supposed to make people aware if they are being recorded? Have to ask Bill the Barrister next time he pops in!

On the Martin Lewis website you can buy software to do it all off of your PC for phone conversation -
