Is it me or has Google+ just been hacked by Facebook?

What is beneficial about social networking full stop?

All depends on your outlook to online marketing, your industry, and if you think it's beneficial to have a presence on the number 1 search engines social media interpretation.

With the plethora of Google tools out there such as Author tags, publisher tags, G+ buttons, Google communities, and rumbling talk and rumours about Author Rank, and even Social Rank and how it will be fed into search engine algorithms, you'd have to be an Ostrich to dismiss it completely...

True, but have you noticed the new layout? What do you think about it? Do you like it/hate it or feel indifferent? I may be an ostrich (lol) but its still interesting reading about changes like these.

Thanks,

We had fun with that monster banner the other day. It's naff that you can't resize it very easily. The logo ends up taking most of your premium space. Furthermore there doesn't appear to be an easy option to get rid of it once it's up.

That google photo editor is nasty. It's great that they've got that kind of functionality online, but it's very slow and cumbersome.

I know it will never be photoshop, but I'd much prefer to use an old Windows copy of paint shop pro to chop images!

My trusty old PSP version 7.02 is still going strong and is quite happy on Win7 Anything more modern is far too complicated for my grey matter...
