Unfortunately just seems to be part of doing business in the UK .....

Twitter too seems to be a very effective way to sort things out. On two different occasions I've used email/phone with no joy, so make a quick mention of poor service from xyz company on Twitter and then remarkably all previous comments/decisions get over turned :-)

Though it's annoying that it has to be broadcast to the world to get resolved.

I should also tell you I had a non-delivery from you as well.

That bottle of Malibu never arrived.

I was sober all Christmas!

Last year a company 2 doors down from me took the parcel in and gave it me the next day, as i'm in and out the office and wasn't in much that week before xmas, but nobody has taken anything in for me so far as I can tell, so if you want to chase up and check who signed for it, see where it went.

Presume it worked?

Presume it worked?

Well didn't get another response on twitter, but as if by magic the emails have stopped, so the power of Twitter reigns supreme.

I think the next test maybe BT and see if their customer service works better as a public chat
