I do hope they find this little girl alive today.
BBC News - April Jones abduction: Appeal over arrested man's Land Rover Discovery

What on earth is the matter with people? What makes some people tick??

It is bizzare, you see suffering and cruelty around the world everyday via your TV or internet and normally manage an emotional detachment.

But ever since having kids, somethings happened to my wiring and I have to resist the urge to hunt down every kiddie pervert, abductor or murderer.

No trial, no jury just execute them. They have no value or place in our society...

Phew, rant over..time for more coffee.

It's a sad world we live in, coming from Devon originally and leaving school in the summer of 1978 the school girl Genette Tate went missing in Aylesbury at the very same time, no one was ever prosecuted although accusations were made much later against a already convicted child abducter. The only thing that saved me, was the clocking in card at work. With the

Even with todays modern DNA technology things can go drastically wrong and once you've pulled the trigger, if you get it wrong the most you can offer is a "whoops I'm sorry

Nope it's very true, but doesn't help my rant. Didn't see the news, but just checked online, and assuming theres still no sign of the little girl. Heartbreaking stuff.

I just get the feeling there is something they're (police) not telling the public. Reading the words on the tell/net they talk about 'safe return' 'bring her back' and 'fetch her back'.....like they know someone has taken her and they are awaiting them to bring her back. Just thought it was a bit odd, as usually you don't read words like 'bring her back' when a kid has gone missing. Or maybe i'm just over-analysing it!
