We have finally sold our house after 3 years of trying, (just got one that we rent to sell now) the property that we have purchased was a nightmare, the seller did not exchange and complete contracts till 4.10pm the day before we were due to move.
Then we inherited a builders skip of rubbish that he refused to take away.
We have had to spend a lot more money 12 months sooner than expected on the property, which now mwans that our work schedule has been turned inside out and upside down, talk about bits being done in the wrong anticipated order. But hey its a beautiful house, and it will be even better when we have finished renovating it.
We just have to hope for more work in the door now in order to help pay for it.
We still cover the same areas as before, but now we live in the middle of our work area instead of on the edge.

To add insult to injury it took 3 weeks to get our internet up and running, but now we are on here agin we intend to make the most of it.

Feel for you.

When i was married we moved to a larger family home & watched the people moving out using cars & a small trailer - took them 6 hours before we could move in!!!

Was selling my current house but have decided to stay put for another 18months or so - going to decorate the lounge over the next few weeks

Best of luck in your new home

Thanks for your replies,
i hope we get busy on all sides of the business, after a bad year on the pest side we need the mould and insulation side to really kick in.
We have started to build a nice little business within the contract side of the pest control, which is giving us an income without overcharging the customer.
As an incentive to customers we have frozen our prices for another 12 months, and so we would have been at the same prices for three years by that time the best of which is the
