Batten down the hatches on Saturday

We are having a bbq at tea time on Saturday (in Doncaster)!

Was that an invite  Think you may be cooking indoors if the forecast is still right

Bright sunshine here today following a deluge last night and most of the day, lots of standing water still on the roads this morning.

Years ago, living in a shared house with a group of lads, we had a big party and cranked up the BBQ in our garage. Didn't really think it through as we set fire to the garage ceiling and lost our rental deposit. Good party though 

So how was the weather Sandra - did you manage to have the BBQ?

We had a rain interrupted day in Redditch, although by mid afternoon it had cleared up & i even caught the sun whilst out sorting my drive

It turned into a glorious day/evening... by the time 3pm came around the rain had stopped, the sun came out and which was blinding and burning, and the gazebo they had for the rain to cover the bbq cooking outside, became a well-needed sunscreen!
