Ignorant people, sitting in traffic at Tower Hill this evening at a junction a huge Rolls with 5 people inside one being Lord Mayor of London pulls up trying to get out and cross my path and turn right, decided to stop and let them go, not a wave, aknowledgement or a thank you...Next time I'll make sure I keep him waiting

Thanks,
Barney

Or give the rolls a nice new set of pin stripes. Sorry, I think that has to be one of my biggest problems around here as well. People just think that they own the road and can do as they please, and not worry about the people around them.

I was once traveling to town, and I was behind this really ooooooooold car. We get to a cross roads, and they turn their indicator on to turn left. This would then give us a chance to pull up next to them, because we were turning right..... I was gobsmacked, because they then turned right, and cut across us. They're lucky I was shocked...

Thanks,

Maybe the Mayoral party were rushing to some Olympics Torch Ceremony but could at least have waved. Remember years ago being in a London taxi and sat at traffic lights when the cabbie said "look right", there beside us was a Rolls with the Queen Mother and the gracious lady gave us a great wave and smile!

Try driving around Delhi No worries about letting people out, just go for it, pray, and then amazement at your journeys end that you're still alive

Bad drivers have to be among the hardest things to deal with on a daily basis. Everyone could just follow China's example where there are no lines for anything (movies, grocery store, etc.) and in traffic the biggest vehicle goes first.

Have to admit i do tend to drive aggressively

It was years of commuting toi Birmingham, being cut up by idiotic car & bus drivers - i made a new rule, let no one in & my bumper was planted to the rear of the car in front - only had one coming together with a bus that decided he wasnt going to wait and as 2 lanes narrowed in to one he took my mirror off

The drive to work now i dont have that much traffic is much calmer but when im around Towns i do have blood rush moments

Me too, although gradually over the last 30 odd years I've calmed down and come to realise that no matter how much ranting and raving I do at the wheel, I'm not going to get there any faster, now I tend to leave home after the school run and rush hour traffic, I start later and finish later, not sure how this is going to work during the Olympics though as we are already being told to make any deliveries between the hours of midnight and 6am... And I can't really see me jogging 20 miles in and another 20 miles back every day for 2 months unlike DHL couriers

If the posts so far are a true indication of driving behaviour you should be banned immediately from driving. Go on an advanced driving course, go to anger management classes and improve your attitudes.

I doubt in Delhi they have been on a basic driving course

But having witnessed Clives driving on many occasions, you're right, he should be banned
