Becoming a Non Smoker

I do....

and I can't believe this thread is still running after all this time..

I am still not smoking (after 4.5 years), I do however depend on MLF to give me a little room for a moan now and then. It really does prevent any thought of relapse and the resumption of my smoking habit.

Today was a good day with very little drama 

Tomorrow, I will be mostly in a local prison and expecting lots of moaning.

But its Friday  I may be smoke free but there will be alcohol, a fact I often share with serving prisoners. Some would argue that is cruel... I just think it is karma...

Well 5 years and 8 days ago, I quit smoking and this thread was born.... The good news, I am still smoke free. I don't vape either...

Inspirational Ray, but we need to work on someone. A certain forum admin who quit but has fell off the wagon....

thought it was time that we got this thread back on track....

+/- 22 years I quit and am the worse moaner out about having to breath in other peoples smoke lol and every time I do I think why the hell I ever started

Did Rachael ever try quitting again? She kept a very low profile when introduced to this thread.

I have just watched your short My Local Services Facebook video, very impressive Steve.

Taken some time away from the day job this week, home improvements and planning for (or is that paying for) the lads wedding in September....
